A new call for proposals is now open to support the growth of agricultural businesses.
This European Union program is part of Investment 2.3,“Innovation and Mechanization in the Agricultural and Food Sector,” and provides grants for the modernization of agricultural machinery. The goal is to help farms and young farmers modernize their machinery by adopting precision agriculture and Industry 4.0 technologies.
Specifically, the call for proposals covers:
a) 65% of the amount of eligible investment costs;
b) 80% of the total eligible investment costs in the case of young farmers.
Applications may be submitted by May 31 (by May 10 in Emilia Romagna).
