Martignani’s electrostatic pneumatic boom sprayers are perfectly matched to customer needs so the ride is as smooth as silk. However, we can offer electrostatic pneumatic pull type sprayer with booms from 60 feet to 66 feet.
Martignani can configure a 7' maximum electrostatic pneumatic boom sprayer for an adequate size quad.

Martignani’s electrostatic pneumatic boom sprayers have a hydraulic handling system (foldable). PULL TYPE SPRAYER: IN DEPTH

Martignani's electrostatic pneumatic boom pull type sprayer does not require any type of windscreen. The high-performance centrifugal fan (26.000 mc/h) provides aerodynamic protection during spraying.
Martignani’s electrostatic pneumatic sprayers can achieve the best balance between weight distribution and functional operation. The trailed pull-type sprayers are generally considered more stable because the weight is more evenly distributed among the axles and the spraying autonomy is greater thanks to the wider range of tank sizes. For example, if you don't need the high clearance of the self-propelled unit as often and have access to aerial applications.

Driving speed depends on the sprayed type of product. But also on the maturity of the crop/fruit and the stage of the vegetation. However, we recommend a working speed of 3mph up to 8 mph.
Martignani electrostatic pneumatic booms have electric controls and patented anti-drip electric valves, with stainless steel metering valves and low-pressure gauges (the system operates at 22psi). 
Pneumatic air sheer nozzles with a 0.16" diameter hole are mounted on Martignani electrostatic pneumatic booms.  Micronization takes place thanks to the speed of the air produced by the centrifugal turbine (fan). In other words, there is no need for windscreens.

Are the big farmers all switching to self-propelled sprayers? WHEN THEY DO NOT USE THE SELF-PROPELLED MACHINE, YOU don’t get the most out of THE INVESTMENT OF THE MECHANICAL DRIVE PART.

Martignani electrostatic pneumatic boom sprayers have an electrohydraulic control with remote switchbox.
Above all, Martignani offers all kinds of controls and monitoring systems, the adjustment of the opening and closing of the boom with a computer to control, check and adjust all the parameters of the machine (from spraying to calibration and dosages based on the type of crop) and the different sections. For instance, are there any pull type sprayers narrow enough to track 60 inch wheel spacing? Martignani’s sprayers can mount different types of wheels, depending on the specific needs of the customer and the different soil conditions.
3pt sprayers vs pull type? It depends on the local situation or working conditions. Sometimes a 3P sprayer is more flexible than a pull type, sometimes the opposite.

How to spray 2 or more crops at the same time? Martignani’s pneumatic-electrostatic sprayers have numerous options in terms of electronic control and settings in order to be able to switch from one type of crop to another without changing the actual settings.
